Grand Yard is a residential project with delightful grandeur on the southern edge of Antwerp. The stately office building Green Plaza between Generaal Lemanstraat and Karel Oomsstraat became a beautifully renovated residential site. With more than 1250 developed apartments in Belgium and Luxembourg and 1100 apartments in the pipeline, Antonissen Development Group is a very experienced and dynamic player on the Belgian and Luxembourg residential market. For this project in an urban context, we get the best overview of the works by placing the camera at a higher point, such as a neighboring building. This allows us to point the camera downward and look into the site pit, so to speak. Here our camera beautifully captured both the demolition works and the reconstruction, accounting for 861 days of footage!
